Commission Information

I offer commissions for the following designs/products:

Cupsleeves

Flyers

Stickers

Print & Edits

Icons & Headers

As you can see above, I mostly specialize in BTS related designs although I have created designs for other groups such as TXT and Enhyphen. Depending on the project, I am willing to take on commissions regarding other groups or themes. You can find other examples of my work on the instagram accounts katliendesigns and alwaysmissingbangtan.The timeline will be depending on the type of project. Typically all designs will be complete within a few days to a couple weeks. This is subject to change as I do have a full time job and may be taking more than one commission at once. Please disclose any deadlines you may have.Due to printing production and shipment, cupsleeve designs will only be taken at least two months before the event. This applies regardless of if you would like me to take care of having them printed or if you will be having them printed.

Rates

This is only the base rate for the commission/the design itself.The rates below include 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged before they are done. Rates will be dependent on the project and are liable to change based on circumstance such as time frame, project type, and design intricacy.Cupsleeves: $35+
Fliers (digital & print): $20 for the initial flier and $5 for each additional flier of the same theme.
Stickers: $15+
Print Edits (posters, banners, etc.): $25+
Icons & online headers: $15+If a physical good has been arranged to be given as well, the final price will be the price of the commission along with the price of the good and shipping.Any print flier commission will include a digital version.

Rules & Requirements

All payments must be upfront.If a physical good will be provided with the commission (cupsleeve, stickers, etc.) I will not provide my manufacturer. I do not print goods for commissions. I will put in the order with my manufacturer if you choose. This means that payment will be the commission price and the price to make and ship the goods. Otherwise a physical good will not be provided, and you are responsible for finding a manufacturer.When posting any commissioned work by me, you must tag me on the social media platform you are posting on. My social media accounts are as follows:

If you are posting on another form of social media not listed above, please let me know and I will give you the corresponding account to tag.Please have an idea of what kind of design you would like such as the group, theme, color scheme, or overall vibe you are going for. This will make the design process easier and ensure the design will be completed sooner. I am willing to make designs from scratch without much original instruction but these designs will be more costly and may take longer to finish.Do not remove any watermarks on the design. Watermarks will be on the final design of cupsleeves and print edits. Watermark will also be on any drafts given.**You must disclose with me what the design will be used for **including and not limited to if it will be for personal use, if it will be a sold good, if it will be given away as a freebie, etc.You must not use the design I provide to you outside of the agreed conditions. If you would like to reuse a commissioned design for another product (i.e. using a sticker design for a shirt), please reach out to me so we can discuss this.When you request a commission, you have agreed that you have read through this document and that you accept all the terms and conditions listed.
